FOUR
teams of five students from each HE campus
are able to enter this event (three teams are guaranteed). An official
entry form is now available (see below). It must be countersigned
by an accredited sports official from your institution.
Closing
date for entry is Fri. 30 Jan. 2008 at 16.00
For details of Team Entry Fees, which
did not rise last year but which are also non-refundable, see
below (fees depend on the number of teams you enter and whether you
will be staying in the Co.
Arms Hotel). ** SPECIAL RATE FOR ACCOMM.: EURO €50.00 PER
PERSON SHARING PER NIGHT ROOM ONLY (same as last two years)**
+ access to leisure facilities (see HESPC
site). DO NOT TRY AND BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE
HOTEL.
Individual entry fees: € 5 per player (payable on the
day). Substantial prize money of up to €400.00 is available
(for the Individual Championship only). Payee for all cheques (entry fees and accommodation):

Dress code: polo shirt/T-shirt or shirt embroidered with institutional
crest (otherwise a plain shirt is acceptable), trousers and shoes (NO
football/sports/county/country jerseys or insignia, miscellaneous T-shirts,
caps, jeans, denims, combats, cords, trainers, boots or runners).
